Short for Pharmacy, Education, and Mentorship, PEM, is an app created to engage the audience effectively, supported by posters and social media marketing to promote the University of Toronto Pharmacy program.
Through interactive elements like educational games and simulations, the aim is to promote diversity and equity by connecting high school students with pharmacy professionals. Additionally, users can interact with mentors, ask questions, and contribute to scholarships for BIPOC students, fostering inclusivity within the field. The design for the logo was meticulously crafted with a pill in the "P" to embody the essence of pharmacy within the education, and mentorship sector; it serves as a visual representation of PEM's commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in pharmaceutical education.
